Vi söker nu ensäljande projektledare inom Equity Capital Markets - kapitalanskaffning till kontoret på Grev Turegatan 26 i Stockholm.

Din utmaning:

  • Övergripande ansvar för kapitalanskaffning: Du kommer att ha det övergripande ansvaret för att säkerställa att emissionerna i de bolag vi har valt ut och åtagit oss att finansiera fylls.
    • Bygga och fördjupa relationer: Du kommer att arbeta med att kontakta och engagera vårt befintliga investerarnätverk, inklusive family offices, investmentbolag och riskkapitalister, för att lyfta fram de bolag som Scietys analys-team har valt ut. Din förmåga att bygga och fördjupa relationer är central för att säkerställa att våra emissioner fylls.
      • Leda investerarmöten: Genomföra investerarmöten både på egen hand och tillsammans med våra specialister inom medicin, affärsutveckling och finans. Du är bekväm med att driva dialoger från första kontakt till avslut, och att representera bolag på ett förtroendeingivande och professionellt sätt.
        • Samarbete med transaktions- och analys-teamen: För att lyckas i din roll kommer du att ha en nära dialog med våra transaktions- och analys-team. Du behöver ha ett intresse av att förstå de bolag vi arbetar med och kunna kommunicera deras värde till potentiella investerare.

Din profil:

  • Du har en magisterexamen i redovisning & finansiering eller motsvarande universitetsutbildning.
  • Du har minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom kapitalanskaffning eller Corporate Finance.
  • Du har erfarenhet av att träffa kunder och kontakta investerare, och känner dig bekväm med att presentera investeringsmöjligheter och att föra ekonomiska resonemang.
  • Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med bolag inom life science.
  • Du är trygg i att uttrycka dig i både tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.

    • Du brinner för dialoger med människor och älskar att lyfta luren för att skapa och upprätthålla relationer. Din förmåga att lyssna, lära och anpassa ditt budskap gör dig framgångsrik i att bygga förtroende och driva affärer i mål.
