Om rollen

Som projektledare deltar du i, samt ansvarar för planering och koordinering av våra kunders event, från idéstadie, pitch och införsäljning till planering, genomförande och uppföljning. Du ansvarar för och säkerställer att budget, tidsplan och leverans motsvarar kundens förväntningar. Du rapporterar till, samt har stöd genom processen från, vår Head of Sales. Du jobbar även tätt med våra Client Managers i olika projekt och processer.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter består av att:

  • Ansvara för planering, genomförande, koordinering och uppföljning av event
  • Ta fram idé, samt genomföra presentation/pitch för kund
  • Skapa visuellt tilltalande presentationer och pitchar som engagerar och imponerar
  • Vara delaktig i processer som kontrakt, förhandling, offert samt avtalsskrivning
  • Upprätta projektplaner och säkerställa att leverans, tidplan och budget hålls
  • Ansvara för prissättning, budget, lönsamhet och fakturering
Din profil

Vi söker någon som gillar struktur, men också har en förmåga att kreativt skapa och producera unika eventupplevelser. Du ska ha en god samarbetsförmåga och social kompetens, samt vara en problemlösare som ser nya möjligheter när utmaningar uppstår.

Du är driven med stor inre motor, utåtriktad och trivs med att ta ansvar för affären och kunden. Du är också nyfiken, vill utvecklas och lära dig nytt.

  • Minst 3-5 år av liknande roll på event- eller kommunikationsbyrå
  • Dokumenterad förmåga att hantera större och mer komplexa event med goda resultat
  • Talar och skriver svenska och engelska flytande

Det är även meriterande om du:

  • Har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom event- och/eller kommunikation
  • Har ett brett nätverk inom branschen
