Vi söker en engagerad och strategisk Product Manager Food Nordics som vill vara en nyckelspelare i vår verksamhet. I denna roll kommer du att ansvara för processhantering inom vårt livsmedelscertifieringsområde. Du kommer att arbeta nära revisorer, affärsstöd och andra funktioner för att säkerställa att våra tjänster håller högsta standard och uppfyller både kunders och myndigheters krav.

Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

  • Planera och genomföra kalibreringsmöten för revisorer och standardägare.
  • Ansvara för kvalificering och bevittning av revisorer.
  • Granska revisioner och egenrevisioner samt hantera avvikelser.
  • Samordna och genomföra årliga spårbarhetsövningar samt riskanalyser.
  • Hantera certifieringsprocesser, inklusive rapportering och registrering av avvikelser i relevanta system.
  • Stötta affärsstöd, sälj, billing och planeringsteamet i olika administrativa och strategiska frågor.
  • Beställa och administrera uppdateringar i system och behörigheter för granskare.
  • Samverka med myndigheter och standardägare samt delta i kalibreringsdagar och arbetsgrupper.
  • Driva utveckling av rutiner och system för att optimera våra processer.

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet:

  • Erfarenhet inom livsmedelscertifiering, revision eller kvalitetsarbete.
  • God förståelse för certifieringsstandarder såsom KRAV, EU-ekologiskt, BRCGS och FSSC.
  • Erfarenhet av att hantera och rapportera avvikelser enligt regelverk och standarder.
  • Stark administrativ och organisatorisk förmåga med erfarenhet av att arbeta i system såsom iEnable och TRACES NT.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och i team med flera parallella processer.
