Afin d'accélérer notre développement, nous recherchons un/une Customer Success Representative pour le Portail Auto-Entrepreneur.

Ce poste, en contact direct avec nos clients, vise à les accompagner, par téléphone, dans les démarches administratives liées au lancement de leur activité ; avant, pendant et après la création de leur auto-entreprise.

Ce poste ne nécessite pas de formation juridique, juste une tête bien faite.

Tes missions consistent, de manière non limitative, à :

  • Accompagner et guider nos clients entrepreneurs dans la constitution de leurs dossiers de création d'entreprise vis-à-vis de l'administration française ;
  • Apporter des réponses précises aux questions qu'ils se posent quant à la création de leur société, dans le respect de la charte qualité fixée par l'entreprise ;
  • Accompagner et guider nos clients dans l'activation et l'utilisation optimale de notre outil de gestion ;
  • Mettre en avant les services de Portail Auto-Entrepreneur afin de favoriser la rétention clients ;
  • Être force de proposition afin d'optimiser les process et l'organisation du service.

Tu es potentiellement le/la candidat(e) idéale si:

  • Tu as déjà une expérience en relation clients ou en vente par téléphone, de préférence dans le domaine des logiciels SaaSou dans des industries connexes ;
  • Tu possèdes de bonnes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles ;
  • Empathique et pédagogue, tu es orienté(e) vers les solutions visant à satisfaire chacun de tes clients ;
  • Tu fais preuve d'écoute active et tu as une force de persuasion. On dit même de toi que tu as une fibre commerciale ;
  • Tu as un fort esprit d'équipe et apprécie le partage de connaissances dans le cadre de travaux de groupe ;
  • Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux petits détails qui font la différence ;
  • Tu as une appétence pour le domaine de l'entrepreneuriat ;
  • Une bonne compréhension orale comme écrite de l'anglais est également souhaitable.
