Som Production & Service Manager på Care of Sweden får du en nyckelroll i att leda och utveckla produktions- och serviceverksamheten i Tranemo. Rollen innebär ett omfattande ansvar för att säkerställa hög kvalitet, effektiva flöden, uppfyllda leveransmål och en bra arbetsmiljö. Du arbetar taktiskt och operativt för att skapa en robust verksamhet som möter företagets högt ställda krav och mål.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden innefattar:

  • Ledning och utveckling av den lokala produktionen och serviceåtaganden i linje med företagets mål och prioriteringar.
  • Personalansvar för teamet i Tranemo, där du skapar engagemang och samverkan.
  • Aktivt arbete med förbättringar, effektivisering och tvärfunktionellt samarbete.
  • Säkerställande av att produktionen och serviceverksamheten följer lagar och regler inom arbetsmiljö och hållbarhet.

Du är en erfaren och driven ledare med erfarenhet av personalansvar, som är van vid att hantera komplexa verksamheter och leverera resultat. Med en kombination av analytisk förmåga och en praktisk inställning tar du dig an både taktiska och operativa frågor på ett effektivt sätt. Som en naturlig ledare inkluderar du medarbetare och andra ledare i arbetet, vilket skapar en gemensam grund för att uppnå framgångsrika resultat.

Du har ett kritiskt tänkande och tar välgrundade beslut med företagets bästa i fokus. Din förmåga att växla mellan taktiska utmaningar och daglig operativ produktionsledning utan att tappa helhetsperspektivet gör dig särskilt skicklig i en dynamisk miljö. Du är kommunikativ och har en talang för att förklara komplexa frågor på ett begripligt och strukturerat sätt. Med din målmedvetenhet och resultatfokus driver du förbättringsarbete inom produktion och service, samtidigt som ditt tålamod och din flexibilitet gör att du kan anpassa ditt arbetssätt efter situation och prioriteringar.
