Din roll

I rollen som Director People & Culture kommer du ta det yttersta ansvaret för HR-arbetet inom BDO Sverige. BDO befinner sig på en utvecklingsresa med tillväxt och digitalisering vilket ställer höga krav på HR och alla dess delar. Ditt uppdrag inkluderar att leda och utveckla HR-funktionen och dess medarbetare så att den så effektivt som möjligt levererar såväl det operativa som strategiska stöd som verksamheten behöver – en affärs- och verksamhetsdriven HR-funktion.

Du förväntas aktivt utveckla och driva BDO:s arbete med företagskultur, kompetensförsörjning och utveckling, ledarskap och mångfald. I rollen ingår personal- och budgetansvar för HR- och lönefunktionen.

Du rapporterar till VD samt representerar HR i BDOs ledningsgrupp som adjungerad.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
  • Leda och utveckla BDOs HR-organisation.
  • Säkerställa rätt kompetens inom bolaget, både nu och framåt.
  • Arbete med arbetsgivarvarumärket.
  • Fortsatt utveckla det långsiktigt strategiska HR-arbetet.
Din profil

Vi söker dig med akademisk utbildning relevant för rollen samt minst tio (10) års erfarenhet av kvalificerat HR-arbete på både operativ och strategisk nivå. Du drivs av att utveckla medarbetare, funktion och organisation med ett tydligt affärs- och effektivitetsfokus.

Vidare har du mycket god förmåga när det gäller "stakeholder management" samt dokumenterad erfarenhet av att vara chef för en större grupp (5+p).

Erfarenhet från konsultbranschen och/eller partnerägd organisation samt erfarenhet av att vara chef över chefer är meriterande.

Du besitter mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på både svenska och engelska i tal som skrift.

Som person är du välgrundad i ditt ledarskap samt har ett stort intresse för att förstå verksamhetens affär. Du är prestigelös och lyhörd. I rollen som Director People & Culture behöver du kunna arbeta operativt och strategiskt samt förankra idéer och tillvägagångssätt i organisationen.
