Sedan 2019 är Gyros Protein Technologies en del av Mesa Lab´s Biopharmaceutical Development Division. Vi är en ledande leverantör av immunanalys och peptidsynteslösningar som driver innovation, utveckling och tillverkning av biofarmaceutiska läkemedel.

Som Electrical Engineer kommer du främst att ansvara för att vidareutveckla vår mikrofluidikplattform samt delta i utvecklingen av automatiserade immunoassay-system från konceptfas hela vägen till produktion och fältsupport. Du kommer även att arbeta med att utveckla nya, kostnadseffektiva lösningar på komplexa I/O-problem såsom exempelvis rörelse- och temperaturkontroll.

En stor del av rollen innefattar att vara involverad i hela utvecklingsprocessen, från idéutveckling och tidigt "proof-of-concept" till utveckling, verifiering och lansering av nya produkter. Arbetet bedrivs i projektform och i nära samarbete med andra funktioner såsom tillverkning, kvalitetskontroll, operations och andra R&D-funktioner vilket ställer krav på god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga.

Dina arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden kommer att innefatta:

  • Delta i specificering och utveckling av PCB:er, mikrokontroller, firmware och analoga/digitala kretsar.
  • Skapa och underhålla elektrisk dokumentation, såsom exempelvis specifikationer, elektrisk design, scheman och layout.
  • Hjälpa till att identifiera alternativa komponenter och/eller designlösningar för att stödja supply chain – relaterade problem.
  • Felsöka tillverknings- eller funktionsproblem (både på plats och/eller fält) för att fastställa grundorsak och föreslå/implementera förebyggande åtgärder.
  • Arbeta nära hårdvaru- och mjukvaruingenjörer för att säkerställa att enskilda konstruktioner uppfyller övergripande projektmål.
  • Förbereda tekniska rapporter och/eller presentationer samt delta i designgranskningar.
  • Utveckla projektplaner, krav, verifierings- och valideringsdokumentation.
  • Planera och utföra verifiering och validering av instrument, mjukvara, PCB:er och moduler.
  • Etablera och utveckla processer, SOP:s och produktdokumentation för tillverkning.
  • Säkerställa produktkvalitet och stöd för befintliga produkter.
  • Fungera som en länk mellan hårdvara och instrument/mjukvara.

Vi söker dig som har en civilingenjörsexamen inom elektroteknik, teknisk fysik, mekatronik eller annat relevant område samt minst 3 års industriell erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter. Du har även dokumenterad erfarenhet av att utveckla elektriska PCB-layouts, kretsdesign och/eller felsökning. Vi ser även att du har en vilja att arbeta hands-on med exempelvis montering och felsökning av prototyper.

Utöver detta söker vi dig som har:

  • Erfarenhet av mikrokontroller, analoga och digitala kretsdesigner.
  • Erfarenhet av firmware-programmering (C, C++ för mikrokontroller).
  • Erfarenhet av OrCad.
  • Lödning, med fördel PCB-ytmontering.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska.
