Vi söker en engagerad Information Security Manager som vill stärka säkerheten i en spännande internationell miljö hos Saab. Här kommer du att möta och hantera avancerade säkerhetsutmaningar.

Som Information Security Manager har du en central roll i att skydda vår verksamhet. Du ansvarar för att identifiera och bedöma säkerhetsrisker samt att utveckla och underhålla våra säkerhetsrutiner för att stödja vårt informationssäkerhetssystem (ISMS). En viktig del av din roll är att öka medvetenheten kring informationssäkerhet inom hela organisationen, vilket är avgörande för att upprätthålla en stark säkerhetskultur.

Du kommer också att stödja arbetet med informationsklassificering och säkerhetsriskhantering, samt säkerställa att vi har effektiva planer för kontinuitet och IT-beredskap. Därtill kommer du att genomföra revisioner och uppdateringar av säkerhetsstandarder, särskilt ISO27001, och hantera dokumentation som rör klassificeringar, riskanalyser och IT-arkitektur för att säkerställa att vi möter våra säkerhetskrav.

Din profil

Vi söker en lagspelare som arbetar mot gemensamma mål med hög trovärdighet och integritet. I denna roll kan du komma i kontakt med känslig information, vilket ställer höga krav på din säkerhetsmedvetenhet. Vi tror således att du har flera års erfarenhet inom IT-säkerhet, inklusive ledning av säkerhetsprojekt och hantering av informationssäkerhetssystem. Din erfarenhet av risk- och sårbarhetsanalyser samt säkerhetsåtgärder är en stor tillgång. Du talar flytande svenska och har ett svenskt körkort.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av kris- och incidenthantering, och det är en fördel om du är certifierad inom informationssäkerhet (t.ex. CISSP, CISM) eller har erfarenhet från försvarsindustrin. Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
