Member recruitment, sales performance, experience and profitability of the store will be your overall responsibility. Planning all store operations and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Secure superb service, in all areas according to our Service standards.
  2. Retain and recruit members as Singular Society ambassadors as a part of the daily work.
  3. Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to enhance the shopping experience in your store. Follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions for improvements, balancing long and short-term planning for the store.
  4. Execute on our recruitment targets and onboarding to ensure member growth.
  5. Ensure high quality standard on merchandising, commercial calendar and store standards.
  6. Follow up and secure allocation and stock levels in cooperation with Office team.
  7. Support, lead and manage a team to enhance the shopping and working experience in your store. Ensure to motivate your team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  8. Plan, execute and follow up the recruitment processes for your store. Execute staff training and development. Organize, provide and carry out training sessions.
  9. Identify future talents and work to ensure clear goals for development. Ensure that succession training is carried out. Build a strong feedback culture with daily feedback. Follow yearly dialogues and probation talks being conducted and ensure team/colleagues improvements.
  10. Ensure that all safety and legal procedures are followed.
  11. Be a role model by living our values and acting on our leader principles.
Qualifications
  1. Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  2. Strong focus on delivering exceptional store and shopping experiences.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  4. Strong team leadership and coaching abilities.
  5. Deep understanding of clientele expectations and behaviours.
  6. Understanding of brand heritage, craftsmanship and exclusivity.
  7. Knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
