Claims Advocate - Financial & Professional Risks (Stockholm)

We will rely on you to:

1. Manage and handle claims related to directors' and officers' liability insurance, crime insurance, and professional indemnity insurance for our large book of financial and professional services clients in Sweden
2. Collaborate with brokers to ensure efficient and effective claims handling processes
3. Provide guidance and support to brokers on complex claims matters
4. Help establish and implement a new claims handling system to improve claims management
5. Work closely with the existing claims team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach across the Nordic region

What you need to have:

1. Significant experience (5+ years) in handling complex claims, ideally within the financial and professional services sectors
2. Strong technical knowledge of directors' and officers' liability, crime, and professional indemnity insurance products
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with brokers and clients
4. Ability to work independently and take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
5. Willingness to help build and shape the claims function from the ground up
6. Fluency in English and Swedish
