In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
  • Join a highly skilled team responsible for the Payment & Account products for corporate customers.
  • Work in a dynamic product area with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
  • Lead the implementation and management of ISO standards across product lines.
  • Ensure and secure that Swedbank payment products and offering are relevant for partners.
  • Collaborate tightly with (Agile) Product Owners, Cash Management sales, and other relevant stakeholders throughout Swedbank.
What is needed in this role:
  • Deep knowledge/expert in ISO 20022 XML and ability to work with XML schemes.
  • Ability to work hands-on to maintain and develop the customer MIG for Swedbank.
  • Drive the complete ISO 20022 XML solution using a data driven approach.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and identify dependencies across teams.
  • Be the natural link between the client facing and IT development organisations to ensure ISO 20022 requirements are integrated into new product designs.
  • Knowledge of cash management products and from the payment area, preferably from the financial sector.
  • Analytical skills and a proficient problem solving and business value driven mindset.
  • Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment.
  • To be great team player and have a structured way of working.
  • Great communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
