Design Engineer / Konstruktör, JTEKT Column Systems AB

Som Design Engineer hos oss ansvarar du för att utveckla produkter enligt kundkrav och bidra med förbättringsförslag baserade på din erfarenhet. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:
- Utveckling av produktkoncept och detaljerad produktdesign baserat på kundens krav och specifikationer.
- Deltagande i möten och aktiviteter för att säkerställa ständiga förbättringar.
- Hantering av D-FMEA, produktspecifikationer, testspecifikationer och andra tekniska dokument.
- Stöd till test- och mätlab med tester, analyser och rapporter.
- Skapande av underlag för prototyper och stöd till produktion vid konstruktion och förbättringsarbete.
- Kommunikation med kunder och leverantörer för att säkerställa tekniska lösningar och kvalitet.
Du kommer att arbeta nära andra funktioner och bidra med idéer och lösningar i team för att utveckla innovativa och kostnadseffektiva produkter.
Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har/är:
- Minst 3-årig högskoleutbildning med teknisk inriktning eller motsvarande.
- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av konstruktion, gärna inom fordonsindustrin.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i projekt.
- Gedigen kunskap i Catia V5 och gärna SmartTeam eller liknande.
- Kunskap inom mekanik, och gärna grundläggande inom mekatronik eller elektronik.
- Erfarenhet av beräkningar och simuleringar samt IATF 16949 är meriterande.
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.
- Goda IT-kunskaper.

Din problemlösningsförmåga kombineras med ett strukturerat arbetssätt och en stark kvalitetsmedvetenhet. Dessutom har du en innovativ och tekniskt orienterad inställning, vilket gör att du kan bidra med kreativa och hållbara lösningar.
