Your Role
As an Account Manager (German-speaking) at Academic Europe, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Based in Stockholm, this full-time, on-site position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing accounts and providing tailored solutions
- Handling sales inquiries and resolving customer concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience
- Identifying client needs and ensuring they get the most out of our platform
What You Bring
- Fluency in German & English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- A customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Interest in the science & academic sector (a plus)
