Software Asset Manager på Advania

Som Software Asset Manager spelar du en nyckelroll i att säkerställa korrekt och effektiv hantering av mjukvarulicenser.

Dina ansvarsområden:
  • Hålla licens- och installationsöversikter uppdaterade samt automatisera rapportering.
  • Säkerställa avtalsefterlevnad och hantera revisioner.
  • Hantera leverantörsavtal och identifiera besparingsmöjligheter.
  • Ge expertråd och utbildning inom mjukvaruhantering.
  • Utveckla långsiktiga strategier och presentera insikter.
  • Hålla dig ajour med nya verktyg och driva effektivisering.
Vad vi söker hos dig

Vi söker dig som vill göra skillnad och ta ett helhetsgrepp om Advanias kunders licenser – från inventering och spårning till strategisk planering och processförbättring. Du är en strukturerad och analytisk person som brinner för mjukvaruhantering och strategisk optimering. Med flera års erfarenhet inom området har du byggt upp en djup förståelse för licenshantering, processer och verktyg.

Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera din tekniska expertis med din förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta med olika intressenter. För dig är noggrannhet, problemlösning och utveckling en självklar del av vardagen.

Du har:
  • Kandidatexamen inom IT, datavetenskap eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
  • Flera års erfarenhet av mjukvaruhantering eller liknande roll.
  • Djupgående kunskap om mjukvarulicenser och licensmodeller.
  • Erfarenhet av att implementera och använda mjukvaruhanteringsverktyg.
  • Förståelse för ITIL-processer och ramverk.
  • Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal som skrift.
