Who we're looking for

Our wish list for a new colleague in the BCS management team is a hands-on, solution-oriented, forward-thinking, and curious individual with proven experience in managing complex deliveries, projects, customer collaborations, and communications. Managing and working with distributed teams is a natural way of working for you. You continuously strive to improve teams, processes, and frameworks, leveraging lessons learned and customer feedback to drive excellence.

As a Team Manager in our Professional Services unit, you'll be an integral part of the Business Area's leadership team, leading a team of 10-15 skilled Banqsofters. You're instrumental in leading the team's success and performance, working closely with Business Unit Manager, Team Managers, and other stakeholders in the Business Area.

You understand the investment required to lead a team. You strongly align with our Leadership DNA, which include championing Banqsoft, promoting accountability, seeing communication as a tool for trust, and enabling continuous learning within smaller team environments.

What does the role look like?

  • Full operational and performance responsibility for the team, covering the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, off-boarding, and financial management such as budgets, salaries, and forecasting.
  • Regular collaboration with customers to ensure progress, gather feedback, and continuously drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
  • Ownership of essential meeting arenas internally to drive improvements across the business unit.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and framework creation to strengthen our position as an efficient and reliable partner for our customers.
  • Participation in sales processes, working closely with cross-functional sales and bid teams.

To master the role of Team Manager, we believe that you have:

  • Demonstrable hands-on knowledge and skills in one of the areas:
    project management, service management or customer success management.
  • Have been through bumpy and challenging projects and deliveries and learned from it.
  • Experience and/or strong desire to build and lead high performing teams
  • Experience and/or strong desire to establish frameworks and best practices based on market best practice and lessons learned.
  • Proficiency in financial management such as budget, forecast, Power BI.
  • A background in business consulting, service management, project management/PMO or similar role
  • Relevant educational background
