Role

Lead IT Delivery: Plan and oversee the EAM IT activities, ensuring seamless execution across the program phases.

Project Execution: Manage key IT activities, such as Fit-to-Standard analysis, Detailed Design, Blueprint creation, Configuration, and Testing.

Project Planning & Tracking: Utilize project management tools (preferably Microsoft Project) to structure activities, track progress, and drive timely execution.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the EAM Business Leads to align business requirements with IT solutions.

Delivery Oversight: Manage a team of functional consultants to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of EAM solutions.

Reporting & Governance: Provide regular status updates and progress reports.

Hands-on Involvement: Depending on expertise, contribute to solution architecture, design decisions, and hands-on implementation activities.

Essential Requirements
  1. Project Management Expertise: Strong experience in leading IT delivery within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  2. Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Knowledge: Understanding of/exposure to EAM processes (primarily maintenance management and inventory management).
  3. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP EAM functionalities, configurations, and integration aspects.
  4. Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
  5. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with management, business leads, and technical teams.
  6. Language skills: English is mandatory and Swedish is a huge merit.
