Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join the client's project team focused on the procurement and implementation of a new Payroll and HR system. This role also includes the opportunity to support other initiatives, such as an upcoming finance system project, and to play a key role in the client's target architecture planning. The scope may expand to involve additional projects requiring architectural expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead architectural analysis and data collection independently.
- Collaborate with business experts to identify and document information flows, business logic, data formats, and technical interfaces.
- Develop documentation and materials to support requirements gathering and engage with system vendors.
- Plan and prepare for the deployment of new or enhanced IT solutions based on business needs, while aligning with existing IT services.
- Support the documentation of integrations associated with new solutions.
- Actively contribute to the development of the organization's target architecture.
Requirements:
- Experience Level 3: 4–8 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture.
- Strong background in business process and information flow analysis and modeling.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions based on business needs and target architecture.
- Experience in setting requirements for IT solutions during the procurement process.
- Skilled in requirements gathering and designing solutions for integrations.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish.
- Background in architecture for HR systems, such as payroll, scheduling, or HR management.
- Experience in data migration for payroll and HR system transitions.
- Familiarity with Unit4 Payroll and HR products.
