Key Responsibilities- Drive the continuous development of the connected marine services platform to meet customer needs.
- Navigate the complexity of developing new features, adding new applications to the platform, scaling up, while meeting today´s and future customer needs.
- Identify and analyse customer requirements to enhance the platform's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new services and products into the platform.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our platform remains competitive.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on new features and services.
- Support the team in daily activities, including customer interactions, training sessions, create necessary documentation, and marketing material.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Knowledge/Experience in the IoT principles (cloud development like Azure, databases, algorithm development, IT security, communication technologies).
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
- Good communication skills and English language are required.
- Interest in digitalization and the possibilities this gives to Alfa Laval.
- Have a mindset of setting the customer in focus, and identify how can we develop for the customers benefit.
- Dare to challenge the status quo, open and agile mindset.
- Able to drive change in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Be transparent and capable to communicate with a range of different stakeholders.
- Has a drive towards reaching target and completing activities.

About Alfa Laval in TumbaAlfa Laval, currently located in the southern part of Stockholm in Tumba, is set to relocate during Spring 2025 to Flemingsberg, Sweden's largest urban business development area. Alfa Laval is shaping a vibrant and dynamic workplace that aims to inspire both existing and future employees. Additionally, this new site will provide an exceptional experience for employees, customers, and visitors.
