YOUR ROLE

  1. Plan, design, and build IT architectural systems and solutions
  2. Review and integrate application requirements, including security, performance, and quality
  3. Implement and enforce security best practices for Windows environments
  4. Manage Active Directory services, including user and group management
  5. Install, configure, and manage Windows Server operating systems
  6. Apply patches, updates, and deploy applications using SCCM tool
  7. Assess and enhance the stability, security, and scalability of Windows systems
  8. Conduct performance analysis and implement system enhancements
  9. Configure and optimize virtual machines, networks, and storage
  10. Troubleshoot system errors and user-reported issues (L1/L2)
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  12. Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
  13. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and procedures
  14. Provide technical support and training to staff and end-users
  15. Collaborate with IT Managers for server upgrades and capacity planning
  16. Implement and test backup and disaster recovery plans

YOUR PROFILE

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in managing Active Directory services and Windows Server operating systems
  2. Expertise in SCCM tool for application deployment and updates
  3. Experience in configuring and optimizing virtual machines, networks, and storage
  4. Strong troubleshooting skills for system errors and user-reported issues
  5. Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery implementation and testing
  6. Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for secure communications
  7. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks
  8. Familiarity with Linux operating systems and their integration with Windows environments
  9. Understanding of Distributed File Systems (DFS) for efficient data management and access

General Skills:

  1. Minimum 12+ years of hands-on engineering experience
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Swedish communication is a plus.
  3. Willingness to participate and contribute to IT architectural planning and design
  4. Ability to enforce security best practices for Windows environments
  5. Capability to assess and enhance system stability, security, and scalability
  6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  7. Experience in documenting configurations and procedures
  8. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support
