Om rollen

I rollen som Lead Designer kommer du att spela en central roll i att forma och implementera visuella identiteter och användarupplevelser för våra kunder. Du har en stark känsla för design och är bekväm med att navigera mellan att leda projekt och att själv skapa fantastisk design. Du kommer att arbeta nära våra kunder för att förstå deras behov och översätta dessa till inspirerande och funktionella webbplatser och digitala upplevelser.

Vem är du?

Du är en kreativ person som både kan se helheten och ha koll på detaljerna. Du trivs i en ledande roll, är social och gillar att ha kontakt med kunder. Du kan skissa upp en idé på förmiddagen och leda ett teammöte på eftermiddagen. Kort sagt – du är både strateg, doer och kommunikatör

  • Erfarenhet: Minst 5 års erfarenhet av digital design.
  • Kundkontakt:Du är van viddirekt kundkontakt och att leda projekt från start till mål.
  • Kommunikationsstjärna: Flytande i både svenska och engelska, och du kan förklara komplexa idéer på ett tydligt och engagerande sätt – både internt och till kunder.
  • Kreativ & analytisk: En stark estetisk känsla och förmågan att backa upp dina designbeslut med användarinsikter och data.
  • Självgående problemlösare: Du tar initiativ och ser till att projekten rullar på, oavsett vilka utmaningar som dyker upp.
Vad du kommer att göra:
  • Leda kreativa projekt: Från första idé till färdigt koncept – du planerar, koordinerar och säkerställer att projekten levereras med högsta kvalitet.
  • Hands-on designarbete: När det behövs, tar du fram allt från wireframes och prototyper till fullfjädrade visuella koncept som imponerar.
  • Både kundens och teamets röst:Förstå kundens behov och förvandla dem till inspirerande digitala upplevelser. Samtidigt ser du till att teamets idéer och visioner förmedlas tydligt till kunderna.
