We are looking for Tech Management consultants with extensive experience working with IT System, Solution & Enterprise architecture to join our growing team of talented architects. The common denominator is that we use architecture as a tool to help our customers maximize the value of their IT investments.

Your Role:
  • Take lead architecture roles within projects and IT implementations or senior expert roles towards our clients.
  • Provide strategic advice and expertise to clients in Architecture and strategic IT areas.
  • Provide expertise in areas such as Cloud architecture, information architecture, Solution architecture, and design.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during IT transformations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, the latest developments in IT, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development.
  • Participate in developing our Architecture and Strategy offerings together with our Practice Leads.
  • Be involved in the expansion and development of our company, participating in business development, and recruitment activities.
Your Profile:
  • 6-12 years of proven experience working in roles such as domain architect, IT system or solution architect, tech lead, or lead developer.
  • Have a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to architecture, being able to tie business and tech together thus creating true value for customers.
  • Experience and flexibility to take on different roles (enterprise or domain architect, information architect, IT architect, IT expert or strategist, etc.) to support the customer to ensure business value from technology investments.
  • A deeper understanding of cloud technologies and cloud design.
  • Qualifications and certifications in relevant Architecture and IT strategy areas such as Azure, AWS, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF, and others.
  • A proven track record of business development, and consulting offering development.
  • Knowledge and interest in AI technologies is a benefit.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Fluent Swedish and English is essential to be able to work with our customers.
