We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communication Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve managing a variety of communication projects, creating high-impact visual content, managing our social media presence, and ensuring our purpose, mission, and vision are effectively communicated across all channels. You will also assist in the logistics of hybrid and physical events, both internal and external, support merchandising activities in line with our corporate identity (CI), and collaborate on cross-brand communication initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage content for internal and external communication channels, including websites, social media, intranet, print, and digital marketing materials.
  • Graphic Design: Design and produce engaging graphic content for various media platforms. Ensure all visuals align with our TRATON brand standards.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics monitoring. Implement best practices to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Internal Communication: Develop templates and visuals in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) that align with our brand standards.
  • Event Logistics: Assist in the planning and logistics of hybrid and physical events, including coordination with vendors, setting up virtual platforms, and managing event materials.
  • Merchandising Support: Help design and produce merchandise that aligns with our CI, including promotional items for events and corporate gifts.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure the correct use of branding according to CI/CD guidelines across all communication materials.
  • Cross-Department and Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work closely with different departments and brands to understand their communication needs. Help establish a common way of communicating across brands, ensuring consistency and coherence in messaging and visual identity.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and communication formats. Apply best practices to our communication strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in communications, experience in an agency is a plus.
  • Proven experience in creating multimedia content for various channels, including social media. Familiarity with content management systems and social media backends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office templates.
  • Strong interest in new communication formats and media trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and diverse environment.
  • Reliable, highly motivated, and proactive team player.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
