Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building an internal communication strategy that enables the implementation of the Tube division's business strategy.

This position is primarily focused on internal communication but also includes support to Global Marketing in preparational activities for external communication as well as brand-related matters for the Tube division.

Your Role

  • Activate Tube's management team's strategy execution by planning and preparing communication around strategy, results and decisions as well as support in change management.
  • Drive purposeful leadership communication that enables employee engagement based on business needs.
  • In close collaboration with Global Marketing, support and develop a plan for Tube's communication towards external stakeholders and support in developing questions and answers.
  • Plan and implement activities in the annual communication wheel like webinars, newsletters, words from the president, etc.
  • Provide communication skills in defined projects or initiatives.
  • Actively participate in Polyfil communication forums and content productions.
