Our services, a Full Potential Journey

The combination of our services enables our clients to set their strategic direction and ensure that the right leaders and teams are in place, and can lead themselves, others and the business effectively towards successful strategy execution. We call these projects Full Potential Journeys, a combination of all our services which accounts for over one-third of our turnover.

We are growing

We are seeing a dramatic increase in demand for our combined services, leading to continued growth, both organically and through M&A of other top-tier Nordic boutiques. As a result, we need to grow our team. We expect to reach SEK 1 billion by 2030 and then expand further internationally. Navigio Capital is also entering a new stage of development, where we aim to acquire significantly larger companies.

About the role

We are looking for Associate Consultants for our Leadership practice. You will typically work in teams of 2-3 consultants to identify, design, and deliver solutions to some of our clients' biggest opportunities or challenges. This means you will make real impact from day one and experience a rewarding learning curve. Our practice usually delivers three types of assignments:

  • Executive Team Development – building high-performing [leadership] teams
  • Leadership Programs – secure organizational ability and leadership capability for strategy execution
  • Executive Coaching – strengthening individual leadership capability

We do this by focusing on one or more of these three areas: strategy execution, capability building, and culture transformation.

We are looking for team players with:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic credentials
  • Strong business acumen with a high level of intellectual curiosity and ability to conceptualize and design ideas and solutions
  • Demonstrated interest in taking on some type of leadership or coordinating role
  • It's a plus if you have 1-3+ years of relevant experience in a role within a leading management consulting firm or corporation
