Om tjänsten
Vi vill nu växla upp med ytterligare en erfaren Tech Lead till vårt team. Idag är vi ett team om 12 utvecklare (och växer), varav två har en Tech Lead roll hos oss. Vi är ett sammansvetsat gäng som jobbar tight ihop och löser våra utmaningar tillsammans.

Att vara Tech Lead hos Delorean innebär att du är ansvarig för de tekniska bitarna i lösningarna för våra projekt. Vi söker dig som jobbar som Tech Lead idag och har gjort det i några år, alternativt har jobbat som Fullstack-utvecklare minst 5 år och vill ta steget upp.

Arbetsuppgifterna varierar mycket. Vi jobbar med flera lite större utvecklingsprojekt som ofta har en digital affär. Men vi skapar även kundspecifika verktyg, andra CMS-baserade lösningar, datadrivna prestandaförbättringar med mer.

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet som Tech Lead i komplexa digitala webblösningar, du som är lösningsorienterad, logiskt lagd, ser hela bilden och flaggar för vanliga fallgropar likväl som ser möjligheter. Du tar ansvar i hela ledet och är van att sätta upp tekniska arkitekturer, tänka stort. Du är van att göra stora tekniska beslut i projekt och rådge kunder i tekniska frågor. Samt att stötta andra utvecklare i produktion.

Våra uppdrag sträcker sig från avancerade tekniska uppdrag, där olika system och integrationer ska kopplas ihop, till mindre straight forward uppdrag, där utvecklingen sätts upp och matas ut. Men gemensamt för dessa är att våra Tech Leads tar ansvar från brief till leverans.

Du kommer jobba nära våra Projektledare såväl som UX/Design-Lead och självklart leda utvecklarteamet tillsammans med våra andra Tech Leads.

Vem är du?
Du har en gedigen erfarenhet som Tech Lead, med flera års erfarenhet i rollen. Alternativt att du har arbetat som fullstack utvecklare i minst 5 år och nu vill ta steget upp.

Vi värdesätter en glad personlighet och ett stort intresse för webbutveckling. Ägnar du dessutom en del av din fritid till att förbättra din kompetens och undersöka nya ramverk och tekniker har vi mycket gemensamt.

Vår teknikfilosofi är att använda rätt verktyg till det utmaningen kräver. Därför är vi inte rädda att både testa och utvärdera nya tekniker, samt att implementera dessa i skarpa projekt. Vi undviker att välja verktyg enbart på popularitet eller gammal vana.

Det som är viktigt för oss är att du har flera års erfarenhet som fullstackutvecklare eller Tech Lead - inte att du är fullärd, utan att du är en problemlösare och har ett intresse för att lära dig nya saker. Vi letar efter en teknisk problemlösare som brinner för kod.

Din roll i teamet

  • Ansvara för tekniska beslut i ett projekt där du vägleder både kund och ett team av utvecklare.

  • Driva den tekniska delen av förstudier tillsammans med ditt team.

  • Ta fram tekniska strategier och koncept med vårt team av utvecklare, UX:are och projektledare.

  • Ansvara för och driva olika webbprojekt.

  • Även programmera front- och backend.

  • Ha kundkontakt och svara på frågor relaterade till projekten.

  • Kommunicera i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.

  • Leadansvar för utvecklare på projektnivå.

Vi tror du har mycket god erfarenhet av

  • Att driva team och kunden genom de tekniska delarna av webbprojekt.

  • +5 års erfarenhet från att ha arbetat som Tech Lead/Lead Developer/Solution Architect, alt Fullstack-utvecklare i flera år.

  • Backend-programmering, exempelvis något av: .NET, Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, Go, C#.

  • Att utveckla integrationer och kopplingar till andra system via API:er.

  • Pratar och skriver svenska flytande, då detta är ett krav från våra kunder.

Extra meriterande

  • Umbraco, Episerver / Optimizely.

  • Wordpress.

  • Craft CMS.

  • Erfarenhet av GraphQL.

  • SASS/LESS eller liknande CSS preprocessors.

  • Bra koll på Devops-relaterade verktyg och processer, Nginx, Docker, CI-lösningar osv.

  • Erfarenhet av funktionell programmering.

  • Erfarenhet av Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, DataStudio, Optimize.
