As a member of the Data Plane software development team, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, & support of new features for Sandvine platforms.

This role is responsible for the design and development of software features in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, working closely with Architects, Technical Leads, and Test Engineers to deliver innovative features. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and documentation.

The Job
  1. Develop high-performing, large-scale, highly available, distributed software.
  2. Collaborate with other developers to plan, design, implement and document new software features.
  3. Implement high-quality, high-performance code in C, C++.
  4. Debug and troubleshoot problems in test and production environments.
  5. Install and configure integrated system solutions under test.
  6. Work with a team of Architects and Technical Leads to establish requirements and design modules.
  7. Collaborate with other developers to design, document and implement the interfaces between modules.
  8. Create and execute the unit test plan and feature test plan.
  9. Document new features.
  10. Interact with our teams supporting customers.
What skills you bring
  • Experienced and skilled C or C++ programmer.
  • Experience from working in a Linux development environment.
  • Networking tool familiarity (Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.).
  • Experience on continuous integration concepts, tools (e.g. Git), and best practices.
  • Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing.
  • A background from Telecom or network related experience.
  • Working permit within EU.
  • Bachelor or Master's in Computer Science or similar.
