Om tjänsten som Head of Quality and Sustainability

Som Kvalitetschef får du en nyckelposition i ledningsteamet där ditt fokus kommer vara att utveckla, driva och säkerställa att kvalitetsfunktionen drivs enligt företagets strategi, policys, mål och värderingar. I rollen ingår också att analysera, utveckla och implementera bättre processer, rutiner och verktyg där det behövs, med målet att sänka kostnader samt höja kvaliteten inom verksamhetens olika delar. Du har ett team av 8 personer där ni tillsammans med organisationens ledare säkerställer att kvalitetsarbetet håller BRC-standard. Som representant i ledningsgruppen förväntas du kunna se helheten i affären samt ha ett stort engagemang och arbeta proaktivt med fokus på ständiga förbättringar.

Bland Dina Ansvarsuppgifter Ingår Bland Annat Att:
  • säkerställa att verksamheten uppfyller tillämpliga lagkrav och policy samt relevanta certifieringar och kundpraxis inom Quality and Sustainability
  • ha det övergripande ansvaret för leverantörsgodkännande, revisioner samt reklamationshantering både mot kund och leverantör, utifrån ett kvalitetsperspektiv
  • säkerställa företagets miljöarbete
  • långsiktigt driva förbättringsarbete relaterat till kvalitet och hållbarhet ur ett lönsamhetsperspektiv
  • leda och fördela arbetet inom kvalitet och hållbarhet
  • utveckla och vidmakthålla kommunikationen kring rutiner och processer samt skapa förståelse för vad som bygger hög kvalitet, bra företagskultur, framgång och lönsamhet.
Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har en utbildning som civilingenjör med inriktning på kemi, livsmedel, agronomi eller liknande. För att lyckas i arbetet behöver du ha arbetat som kvalitetschef inom livsmedelsindustrin och känna dig hemma i ISO 14001, HACCP och BRC. Som ledare ser vi även att det är viktigt att du har förmåga att skapa delaktighet och engagemang inom din grupp och skapa förtroendefulla relationer. I det dagliga arbetet är du strukturerad och analytisk vilket göra att du kan prioritera ditt arbete på rätt sätt. Som person är du prestigelös, rak, tydlig och enkel att samarbeta med.
