Global Product Manager

Vi är inne i en spännande utvecklingsfas och söker nu en Product Manager med ansvar för produkter och system för tätskikt i byggnader och konstruktioner inom SealEco BU (Business Unit) med dotterbolag i Europa.

I rollen är du organisationens globala produktchef med nära samarbeten inom SealEco BU såväl som med externa samarbetspartners. Du kommer att vara en viktig del i utvecklingsarbetet för att säkerställa kundvärde och lönsamhet i nya produkter och system, samt i vår strävan att ligga i framkant gällande teknologiskt och långsiktig hållbarhet.

Tjänsten är placerad på vår site i Värnamo där vi har produktion, utveckling och sälj, och innebär några resdagar/månad, i Sverige och Europa. Du rapporterar till Technical Director.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ansvar för produkternas kundvärde och funktion.
  • Teknisk och kommersiell dokumentation rörande produkter och system.
  • Ansvar för godkännande, certifikat samt sammanhållande vid revisioner inom BU.
  • Test och verifiering av produkter och system för att säkerställa uppfyllnad av interna- och marknadskrav.
  • Produkt- och systemansvar vid reklamationer.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Driva projekt och ansvara för dess budget.
  • Uppdatering av produktportfolio, samt löpande produktvård.
  • Teknisk vägledning och stöd för kunder och kollegor.
  • Deltagande vid utbildningar, säljpresentationer, mässor och produktlanseringar.

Profil och erfarenheter

Vi ser att du har en teknisk högskole- eller universitetsutbildning och minst 3 års erfarenhet inom produktledning eller liknande befattning inom tillverkningsindustrin, eller erfarenhet från byggnadsindustrin med närliggande byggmaterial. För att lyckas i rollen krävs en god förståelse för produktlivscykeln och produktionsprocesser samt förmåga att utveckla produktportföljen. Du är van vid, och lägger stor vikt, vid att jobba strukturerat och noggrant. Rollen kräver att du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Som person är du bra på att samarbeta, lyssna och se situationer ur andras perspektiv. Du har lätt för att sätta dig in i kundens situation och förstå dess behov, vilket du ser som viktigt för att kunna skapa en win-win situation för båda parter. Du är nyfiken, självgående och kan identifiera och ta tag i utvecklingsmöjligheter när du ser dem. Ett starkt eget driv i kombination med ansvarstagande kommer att vara viktigt för att trivas i denna roll. Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.
