Customer Support Specialist - Tietoevry Industry Education

Tietoevry Industry Education söker en support agent. Du kommer att ingå i ett supportteam med personer som besitter specialistkunskap inom alltifrån applikation till teknik. Du kommer att arbeta i en arbetsgrupp där det är högt i tak och bra dynamik.

Ansvarsområde

I rollen som supportagent blir ditt fokus att, tillsammans med övrig supportpersonal, vägleda de kunder som använder våra lösningar samt vara delaktig vid kvalitetssäkring och test av våra produkter. Som en del i vårt team bidrar du till utvecklingen av IT-stöd för området skola.

Vi söker dig som
  • Det är meriterande om du har verksamhetserfarenhet inom skola.
  • Är självständig, utåtriktad och trivs med att ständigt lära dig nya saker.
  • Är en engagerad och öppen lagspelare som alltid ger hög service till våra kunder.
  • Har erfarenhet av applikationssupport.
  • Har en god pedagogisk förmåga.
  • Är driftig, analytisk och kan prioritera.
  • Teknisk kompetens och fallenhet för tekniska frågor; vi ser gärna att du har en teknisk bakgrund.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
