Are you a seasoned Product Manager looking to take your career to the next level? H&M Group invites you to join us as a Senior Product Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership, strategic thinking, and product expertise. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and leading initiatives that span our entire organization.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to our Label & Compliance team managing the digital tools for all H&M Group Brands; Price Tags, Care labels etc.

We are on an exciting journey to re-architect current applications and digitalizing existing processes creating a fully automated Label & Compliance flow for our end users integrated with our suppliers.

The team consists of Business Experts, Front-, Back End Engineers, Tech Lead, Scrum Master and Product Designer.

Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be entrusted with owning and delivering large-scale products or multiple smaller products. Your role extends beyond technical ownership, making you a business leader who bridges high-level strategy with on-the-ground execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellence as a product owner, consistently delivering quality and impact.
  • Establish yourself as a recognized expert across multiple product areas, sought out by peers. Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams across the company.
  • Drive alignment between high-level strategy and design/engineering work.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly and create measurable outcomes for new features.
  • Craft compelling business cases, articulating the value of proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate the development of product roadmaps aligned with team and company goals.
  • Set strategic direction for your team. Close collaboration with Value Stream to ensure that the product is aligned to Stream goals.
  • Define, implement and track performance metrics associated with your product to ensure continual optimization and stable performance.
  • Responsible for value associated with both Development and Operations/Maintenance of products, including adherence with guidelines and guardrails (security, regulations, etc).

Qualifications

  • 5 years of product experience in Labels, Tags and or Delivery Management as well as technical background.
  • Exceptional grasp of Product Management principles, including data analysis, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key business success factors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead larger initiatives that span multiple teams.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end Product delivery.
