Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden NoA Elevate Full time

Join NoA Elevate and become our new Production Manager / Customer Success Manager

NoA Elevate is a content and brand-activating agency. We specialize in meeting our clients' needs to fill digital platforms with relevant and high-quality content – content that aligns with concepts, drives the right initiatives, and delivers results. We often collaborate with sister agencies within NoA, and at times, we work with our own clients independently. At the core of our delivery is a combination of the latest content technology and content specialists – an efficient machinery comprising experts in film and photography, motion animation, copywriting, storytelling, art direction, project and production management, as well as strategy.

NoA Elevate is a part of The North Alliance – one of Scandinavia's largest agency networks that combines data & tech with strategy and creativity. We believe that creativity and tech have to work together to deliver strong solutions for growth and thus a majority of our solutions come from collaboration between our agencies.

The role

The role as Production Manager / Customer Success Manager is a one-year parental leave cover. We prefer if you can start in the beginning of March. At NoA Elevate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring the seamless execution of projects, and collaborating with a talented team of content creators. If you're ready to be at the forefront of content production, drive efficiency, and help our agency deliver top-notch content to our clients, we want to hear from you

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage communications with clients, our creatives, freelancers, and third-party vendors.
  • Be able to quote, resource plan, and run an entire content project from A to Z.
  • Administrate and manage our back-office process.
  • Hold start-up meetings for new clients and trainings.
  • Manage proactive customer dialogues to ensure customer usage and understanding.
  • Be available to and advise customers on questions and our creatives and clients' challenges.
Examples of work duties:

Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Allocate resources, coordinate teams, and manage schedules.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Develop and monitor project budgets.
  • Oversee equipment, technology needs, and vendor coordination.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as primary client contact, gathering requirements and providing updates.
  • Address client concerns and feedback.

Team Supervision & Quality Control:

  • Hire, train, and manage team members, delegating tasks as needed.
  • Ensure quality standards and review final deliverables.

Timeline Adherence & Reporting:

  • Track project progress, adjusting schedules for timely completion.
  • Maintain documentation and generate reports for stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Requirements:
  • Tech-savvy and experience in new digital tools (more than 1 year).
  • Good knowledge of Figma, Trello & Asana.
  • Significant agency experience of project management of digital projects.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Agile project management skills.
  • Being proactive in a consultant role.
  • Have a background from preferably a media agency, production company, or content agency.
  • Being comfortable working with "new" digital formats such as TikTok, from managing a team's ideas to execution with in-house talents or external production companies.
Working at NoA Elevate

We expect a lot from each other and we want you to share our passion for creative communication, contribute your expertise, be professional, honest, committed and most importantly – be you. We are a tight-knit team that thrives together and stands up for each other.
