For a big global furniture company we are looking for a Senior System Developer on site in Malmö-Sweden.

We're seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service CRM (CS) dedicated developer where you will be part of a multi-disciplinary product team and contribute as a core developer, collaborating with other Product Teams delivering interconnected products.

You will be a member of the CS Product team and play an important role in our Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) strategy, contributing to the affiliated infrastructure development team and supporting the development of CS customization and configuration, integration, deployment, and release.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & tasks

  1. Design and develop customizations and configurations to deliver new features.
  2. Actively participate in planning, prioritization, and manage the deployment of the digital products in a DevOps and Agile Scrum environment.
  3. Team player who understands the organization's larger goal and contributes actively to the team to achieve the common goal.
  4. Comply with relevant frameworks and standards for the digital products.
  5. Work cross-functionally with the product teams to maximize the delivery of value.
What you bring
  1. Minimum 5 years of product development experience in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (D365 CS) and Power Platform.
  2. Experience working at an enterprise level for several years.
  3. Experience in developing and configuring Microsoft D365 Contact Centre, as well as integrating third-party voice and digital messaging solutions with D365 CS.
  4. Team player with coordination skills.
  5. Experience with building anonymization/delete functionality according to GDPR.
  6. Experience in migration activities including planning, development, and execution.
  7. Experience developing on Azure and other SaaS products.
  8. Strong understanding of D365 CS integrations and virtual tables.
  9. Experience in designing and developing integrations in Azure, including APIM, Functions, Events, etc., for consuming and publishing data.
  10. Experience working with coding languages such as JavaScript/Typescript and C#.
  11. Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  12. Experience with DevOps tools to manage GitHub source control, build, quality assurance, and manage releases using GitHub Actions.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement within both B2C and B2B contexts.
  2. Retail domain experience.

Travel required outside primary working site: Yes, occasionally.

Overtime or on-call expected: Yes, occasionally.

Remote/off-site work possible: Not fully remote, expected days in the office per week: 2-3.
