Within the Digital Brand department, we work with our clients' digital assets, helping them understand how to best manage, control and protect their brands online. In our daily work, we primarily provide high-level domain name management and online brand protection services.

Since its launch in 2017, the Digital Brand team has been growing continuously, and we are now looking for a Domain Name Security Consultant to join our offices in Copenhagen (DK), Oslo (NO), Gothenburg, Malmö, or Stockholm (SE). In your work, you will be collaborating with our teams and colleagues throughout our offices in Scandinavia, Germany, the UK, and India.

About the Position

This is a combined role where you will work with the technical implementation and administration of services related to domain names, while at the same time assisting our client managers during client meetings and actively contributing to the sales of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical management and administration of domain names, DNS and related services.
  • Implementation and configuration of domain related security services.
  • Consultation and support related to domain names and related services.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide technical consultation.
  • Contribute to sales and advisory services related to domain names, DNS security, email security and certificate solutions.

Skills

For the position as a Domain Name Security Consultant we are looking for someone with the following qualities, amongst others:

  • You have knowledge about domain names, DNS, SSL management, email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and digital security.
  • You have good communication skills and are capable of expressing yourself professionally in both English and one or several of the Scandinavian languages.
  • You are good at prioritizing between assignments and comfortable in taking professional responsibility for your work and delivery.
  • You are organised, proactive and have a sense of detail.
  • You are good at working independently and as part of a group.

Preferred Experiences

  • You have at least some experience from technical sales or advisory services.
  • A higher degree of education is extra beneficial but not a requirement.
