Working as an OT/ICS Security ConsultantAs a OT/ICS Security Consultant, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, working closely with senior consultants and clients. You will be working on national and international assignments, so travel can be part of the role.
Your role will involve:- Consultancy: You'll engage with clients from various industries, understanding their operational needs and helping them secure their OT/ICS environments.
- Support Projects: You'll assist in performing security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and proposing solutions, working with industrial systems and applying security practices in real-world scenarios.
- Learning & Development: This role offers significant opportunities for learning in various aspects of OT/ICS security, from network architecture to risk management, with mentorship from experienced consultants.
- Client Interaction: You'll communicate directly with clients, helping them understand the importance of securing their OT environments and translating complex security concepts into actionable insights.
We're looking for someone with a strong interest in OT/ICS security and a desire to build a career in this field. You should have:
- Genuine Interest: A passion for cybersecurity and a keen interest in how industrial systems work, with eagerness to learn.
- Basic Knowledge: An understanding of industrial automation, network security, and relevant standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, with a strong desire to develop skills in these areas.
- Proactive Mindset: Eagerness to ask questions, seek information, and contribute to team success.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate ideas and findings, explaining technical concepts to clients and colleagues in an understandable manner.
