Braathens söker en ny chef för Ground Operations/NPGO

Braathens är inne i en expansiv fas där vi från januari 2025 opererar som renodlad ACMI-levernatör i Europa och utför charterflygningar för stora touroperatörer som VING och APOLLO. Vi söker nu en ny chef för avdelningen Ground Operations som kommer vara Nominated Person Ground Operations mot myndigheterna. Du kommer spela en nyckelroll i vår flygoperativa verksamhet och i vår resa framåt. Som NPGO hos oss på Braathens kommer du att fokusera på att säkerställa en säker och effektiv flygverksamhet för två AOC. Idag har vi 14 ATR 72-600 och 7 Airbus 319/320 med fler flygplan till flottan på ingång. Övergripande i uppdraget som ledare för Ground Operationsavdelningen ligger fokus på en flygsäker, effektiv och robust operation. Som chef för Ground Operations är du också ledare i en kommersiell verksamhet med resultat- och budgetansvar.

I rollen är du ansvarig för att driva förändringsprocesser och främja samarbete över flera avdelningar. Rollen är central och kräver starkt ledarskap, samarbetsförmåga och kommersiell insikt.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Övergripande ansvar för Ground Operationsavdelningen.
  • Budgetansvar för Ground Operationsavdelningen med ansvar för finansiell uppföljning.
  • Säkerställa att all vår markhantering av våra flygningar bedrivs i enlighet med lagkrav samt interna policyer, procedurer och standarder.
  • Säkerställa en säker, laglig och effektiv drift av alla maskiner som opereras i Braathens flygplansflotta.
  • Utveckla, implementera och underhålla policyer, procedurer, standarder och processer för att säkerställa säkerhet och effektivitet inom driften.
  • Bedöma operativa riskområden samt deras hantering och begränsning samt övervaka potentiella negativa trender inom företagets verksamhet och tillsammans med ditt team, vidta lämpliga åtgärder.
  • I samarbete med Safety-, Security- och Compliance-avdelningarna stödja en positiv rapporteringskultur.
  • Leda och övervaka outsourcade tjänster inom ground operations.
  • Ha kontakt med behöriga myndigheter och tillsynsorgan.

Vem är du?

  • Minst 5+ års erfarenhet i en ledande befattning inom flygindustrin.
  • Omfattande kunskap om civilflygregler, standarder och rekommenderade praxis (IGOM, EASA, ICAO, IATA).
  • Erfarenhet av att leverera storskaliga projekt och hantera tillhörande budgetar.
  • Stark affärsmässig förmåga och förändringshantering i komplexa miljöer.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av budgetarbete, ekonomistyrning och finansiell uppföljning.
  • God förmåga att bygga nätverk såväl internt som externt.
  • Analytiska färdigheter inom process- och värdekedjesystem.
  • Utmärkt engelska, både skriftlig och muntlig.

Vidare drivs du också av att ständigt förbättra verksamheten och attrahera toppkompetens, och din förmåga att bygga och leda starka, högpresterande team säkerställer hög produktivitet och professionell tillväxt. Med utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter, både muntliga och skriftliga, säkerställer du att alla parter är informerade och engagerade.
