Techstars växer och söker nu efter en driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter som vill utvecklas inom IT och rekrytering Techstars ska bli Sveriges främsta karriärpartner för juniora talanger inom tech. Företaget lägger stort fokus på att vara stöttande och coachande och se till att talangerna hamnar på sitt drömjobb.

Techstars ingår i Techtal Group och är ett systerbolag till gasellbolaget Developers Bay och Developers Shore.

Om rollen som Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Som Talent Acquisition Recruiter får du ett helhetsansvar för leverans av dina processer. Du kommer att arbeta operativt med rekrytering och samtidigt proaktivt med att bygga deras nätverk av grymma tech-kandidater. Vidare har du en tät dialog med företagets befintliga partnerbolag och jobbar aktivt för att skapa fler givande samarbeten.

Du kommer tillhöra leveransavdelningen och samarbeta tätt med säljarna. Du kommer matcha rätt kandidater med rätt roller och du äger din leveransprocess.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  1. Search- Genom olika metoder utföra search (främst LinkedIn) och hitta kandidater som matchar Techstars. Search sker löpande, både för att proaktivt bygga upp deras medlemsbas men även till specifika roller när behov finns.
  2. Intervju- Intervjua kandidater till aktuella uppdrag samt delta på konsultintervjuer tillsammans med kund.
  3. Konsultkontakt- Följa upp, stämma av samt hantera förlängningar.
  4. Kundkontakt- Allt rörande rekryteringsprocessen.
  5. Events och Marketing- Tillsammans med sälj och marknad arrangera events och vara delaktig i marknadsaktiviteter.

Vi tror att du är en driven person med brinnande intresse för rekrytering, människor och teknik. Du gillar att nätverka och har en naturlig fallenhet för relationer samtidigt som du har ett strukturerat och professionellt sätt att jobba. Vi ser gärna att du har ett eget utarbetat nätverk av potentiella kandidater, men det är inget krav. Det är starkt meriterande om du har en god förståelse för tekniska roller samt tidigare matchat utvecklare mot kundbehov.

Du lockas av en roll med mycket ansvar och möjligheten att bygga ett framgångsrikt bolag tillsammans med drivna entreprenörer. Har du de rätta pusselbitarna hjälper Techstars dig att sätta ihop dem. För att lyckas på bästa sätt tror vi att du har ett stort driv, samt den vinnarmentalitet och uthållighet som krävs för att vara med i ett tidigt skede i Techstars utveckling.

Kompetens och erfarenhet

  • Du har arbetat minst 2 år som researcher, rekryterare eller kandidatansvarig, gärna mot IT-branschen
  • Förståelse för IT-branschen samt de olika tekniska begreppen
  • Det faller dig naturligt att bygga förtroende och relationer
  • Inte rädd att ta plats när det behövs samt ställa krav mot kunderna
  • Du har ett helhetstänk och är affärsorienterad
  • Stort intresse för människor och tech

Techtal Group består förutom Techstars av Developers Bay - Sveriges främsta agentur och community för konsulter inom tech, samt Developers Shore - kvalitativ utveckling på distans från Ukraina. Techstars kompletterar gruppen med sitt fokus på juniora talanger.

Gruppens uppdrag är att representera de bästa tech-specialisterna på marknaden och matcha dem på relevanta uppdrag hos deras kunder. Techstars särskiljer sig genom marknadens tydligaste fokus på tech och kvalitet samt genom aktivt nätverkande som knyter sig närmare sina konsulter.

Hela koncernen består av ca 35 personer internt och ca 250 konsulter i uppdrag. Techstars sitter i fina lokaler på Blekholmstorget 30 i centrala Stockholm. De har även kontor i Göteborg, Malmö och Kiev. I dagsläget arbetar bolaget med mer än 130 kunder. Gruppen omsätter ca 250 Mkr under 2021 och räknar med fortsatt snabb tillväxt framåt.
