Summary of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist to execute our DEI strategy. This role will focus on implementing and improving DEI initiatives like training programs, guiding Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and managing global DEI communications. You will help improve policies, ensure compliance, and integrate DEI principles into company practices, working closely with HR, leadership, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Advisory:

  1. Research best practices and industry trends, creating reports and presentations for leaders.
  2. Help with compliance and annual reports by collecting and writing DEI-related content.
  3. Advise HR and employees on DEI programs and initiatives.
  4. Review and improve HR policies to support DEI goals.

Global DEI Trainings:

  1. Plan and manage DEI training programs, working with vendors and tracking progress.
  2. Organize and promote training sessions across the company.
  3. Lead live DEI training sessions with internal support for skill development.

Internal DEI Comms:

  1. Keep DEI messaging up to date and share important updates across the company.

Stakeholder Management – ERGs and DEI Networks:

  1. Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by offering guidance.
  2. Manage DEI networks by organizing and leading meetings with local and regional DEI leaders.

About You:

  1. Excellent in communicating in English, both written and spoken.
  2. Proficient with MS Office 360 tools.
  3. Bring knowledge or experience in areas like HR, management consultancy, recruitment, communications, sustainability, or legal, preferably global.
  4. Have experience working with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in corporate settings.
  5. Must have experience with Workday and be familiar with Amadeus systems.
  6. Have a background in recruitment.
  7. Experience working across APAC and Europe.
  8. Excellent track record in training design, training delivery, feedback collection, and adjusting training content to meet evolving needs.
  9. A master's degree in HR or a related field.
