Senior Program Manager

EuroBonus is SAS' main tool for creating loyalty. We have 8 million members and are considered one of Europe's leading loyalty programs with a highly engaged member base. Members of the program can gain levels and benefits and earn points that they spend on flight tickets, upgrades and other awards that can be bought for points.

In addition to flying SAS, points and benefits can be achieved by engaging in the program through our many partners, both within the airline and travel industry and beyond. Points are earned on credit cards, hotel stays, rental cars, shopping and other products and services that our members interact with daily. Points can also be used to purchase products and services from many of our partners.

Besides from driving loyalty to SAS, EuroBonus is a profit center that generates revenue from commission and selling points to partners.

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and driven person to ensure attractive and engaging development of the program. This person will work with the overall strategic direction of the EuroBonus program and drive key strategic projects that will define the future of EuroBonus.

EuroBonus consists of two teams: EuroBonus Program, responsible for the program structure, benefits and earn and use of points on flights, and EuroBonus Partners, responsible for the EuroBonus partnerships that our members can interact with in everyday life. The two teams work tightly together, and the position supports both teams. The position reports to Head of EuroBonus Program.

Challenges you will work on:
  1. Manage key strategic projects
  2. Guide the strategic path of EuroBonus, ensuring coherence and right prioritization amongst the many developments within EuroBonus
  3. Input and feedback to colleagues in EuroBonus Program and Partner teams, so that all work is aligned to the above
  4. Participation in EuroBonus management team, together with Head of EuroBonus Program, Head of EuroBonus Partners and Senior Analytics Manager
To be successful, we believe you should have:

Skills:

• Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with both the ability to see what is important in the big picture and the interest to optimize key details

• Ability to compile information in a structured way and develop evidence-based recommendations for management on various levels

• Advanced analytical skills, ability to compile and draw conclusions from large amounts of information in a structured way and, based on data, conceptualize ideas and recommendations and make them happen

• Advanced business case development, analysis in Excel and presentation of results and evidence-based recommendations for management on various levels

• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external parties

• Independent with high personal drive and can-do attitude, with capability to take own initiatives and prioritize own work

Qualifications:

• University degree

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience

• Proven track record of commercial concept/portfolio ownership, successfully setting the strategy and meeting challenging targets

• Proven successful track record of leading complex projects in a matrix organization

• Experience from the loyalty and airline industry is a plus

• Experience of e-com is a plus

• Experience from agile principles and methodology is a plus

• Experience from leadership and/or coaching is a plus
