Med ett brett sortiment, innovativa tjänster och en prisbelönt kundupplevelse har vi förändrat hur man handlar apotek-, hälso- och skönhetsprodukter online. Nu söker vi en CTO som ska leda vår tekniska utveckling framåt – och säkerställa att vi alltid ligger i framkant.

Som CTO på Apohem får du det övergripande ansvaret för teknikstrategin och Apohems tech-team. Det här är en roll för dig som brinner för att bygga, leda och utveckla både teknik och människor – och som förstår hur tech kan skapa reell affärs- och kundnytta. Är det dig vi söker?

Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:

  • Utveckla och implementera en långsiktig tech-strategi som driver innovation och digital transformation i linje med affärsmålen.
  • Driva värdeskapande tekniska initiativ som effektiviserar verksamheten och skapar konkurrensfördelar.
  • Optimera den digitala plattformen för att säkerställa att den är skalbar, robust och levererar en förstklassig kundupplevelse med möjlighet till kontinuerlig förbättring.
  • Säkerställa regelefterlevnad och datasäkerhet genom att implementera lösningar som uppfyller säkerhets- och regulatoriska krav, exempelvis GDPR.
  • Leda, engagera och utveckla ett tight tech-team samt främja en kultur av lärande och innovation.
  • Hantera strategiska samarbeten genom att etablera och underhålla relationer med nyckelleverantörer och partners för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och kostnadseffektivitet i de outsourcade IT-lösningarna.
  • Ansvara för teknikbudgeten genom att fördela resurser strategiskt och säkerställa att investeringar i teknik ger maximal avkastning.
Kvalifikationer

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • Gedigen erfarenhet av teknisk ledning inom e-handel, gärna i rollen som CTO, CDO eller en liknande strategisk tech-roll.
  • Förmåga att koppla tekniska lösningar till affärsnytta och driva innovation utifrån verksamhetens mål.
  • Starkt ledarskap och erfarenhet av att bygga och utveckla högpresterande tech-team.
  • Erfarenhet av budget- och leverantörshantering, samt optimering av resursfördelning.
  • Entreprenöriellt driv och prestigelöshet – du trivs i en miljö där du får arbeta både strategiskt och operativt.
  • Meriterande med erfarenhet av arkitektur, systemutveckling och integrationer, samt av att skala och optimera digitala plattformar.
  • Erfarenhet av management consulting inom e-handel eller digital transformation är meriterande.

Därför erbjuder vi över 20 000 handplockade produkter, tillsammans med inspiration, vägledning och personlig rådgivning från farmaceuter, hudterapeuter och kundrådgivare.
