Consilium Safety Sweden delivers high-tech safety systems for fire and gas alarms – from individual components to fully integrated solutions. Our systems are used in everything from preschools and residential buildings to large facilities in healthcare and industry.

Your Role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager Fire, you will have overall responsibility for both new installations and upgrades of our safety systems. You will lead and coordinate the work of our technicians and subcontractors, ensuring high quality across all aspects of the projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing project planning, resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Acting as supervisor, safety manager, financial manager, purchaser, and documentation coordinator.
  • Participating in construction and coordination meetings and following up on project progress with customers and colleagues.
  • Handling change orders (ÄTA) and negotiating additional work and upselling opportunities within projects.
  • Running multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveries within tight deadlines.

You will report to the Head of Project and work in our modern office in Årsta, with the option for flexible working arrangements.

Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for someone with natural leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have strong drive, a structured way of working, and the ability to build and maintain great relationships with both customers and colleagues.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in project management within installation, technology, or the security industry.
  • Alternatively, a background as a technician in electrical systems, fire alarms, or security.
  • Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of construction law, Bas U/P, and regulations for fire and evacuation alarms.
  • IT proficiency and a solution-oriented, business-minded approach.
  • A valid Swedish B driver's license (required).

Since we work in the security industry, you'll need to provide a criminal record check.
