Om rollen

RedLocker har vuxit snabbt sista åren och har på kort tid etablerat ett välkänt varumärke på den Nordiska marknaden. Våra kunder är inom B2B men våra användare och de som vi driver vår rörelse tillsammans med, är till stor del konsumenter. Detta gör vårt marknadsrelaterade arbete extra intressant och unikt. Som varumärke vågar vi sticka ut i allt vi gör, vi är noggranna och går ofta vår egen väg.

Vi söker nu dig som är en grym marknadsförare med en erfarenhet och kunskap som sträcker sig från strategisk nivå till genomförande. Du drivs av att nå affärsmål genom kreativ kommunikation och trivs i ett högt tempo med ambitiösa framtidsplaner. I rollen som Marketing Communications Specialist hos oss kan du förvänta dig en bred roll med mycket frihet och ansvar, en roll som innebär både strategisk planering och kreativ frihet. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Utveckla och driva vår marknadsstrategi för att stärka RedLocker som varumärke och nå försäljningsmål på den globala marknaden.
  • Skapa och implementera en marknads- och aktivitetsplan som ökar varumärkeskännedom och försäljning.
  • Ansvara för marknadsbudget, analysera aktiviteter och säkerställa att resurser används effektivt.
  • Vara länken emellan samt samarbeta med olika avdelningar internt samt med konsulter och externa byråer.
  • Områden som rollen kommer att innefatta kan exempelvis vara: B2B kundkommunikation både analogt och digitalt, PR, sociala medier, event och projektledning, foto och film, app och webbdesign samt copy, paid marketing och community.

  • Har minst några års tidigare erfarenhet i en marknadsroll och gärna relevant utbildning. Förmodligen arbetar du idag på en marknadsavdelning eller en kommunikationsbyrå. Meriterande är om du är bred i din erfarenhet och kunskap och har arbetat på eller har förståelse för vad det innebär att arbeta i ett scale-up.
  • Är prestigelös i ditt arbetssätt och kan arbeta såväl strategiskt som operativt för att kunna ta helhetsgrepp och utveckla samtliga delar.
  • Är en orädd doer som gillar att komma med nya idéer och som tänker stort (gärna lite halvgalet utanför boxen).
  • Är noggrann och har förmågan att hålla många bollar i luften samtidigt.
  • Behärskar relevanta verktyg såsom Adobe, Canva, Analytics, tolkning av varumärkesguidelines och grafiska profiler.
  • Är bekväm och arbetar på både svenska och engelska obehindrat (flera språk är meriterande).
