  • Reporting to Global Intercompany Process Manager

Mission
  • Understand and analyze current processes from accounting perspective: Gain a deep understanding of current intercompany accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and potential automation, focusing on both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Drive Accounting Process Improvements: Implement enhancements to streamline and optimize accounting transactions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ensure Accurate Coding: Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately coded, understanding the accounting implications and requirements.
  • Enable Automation: Identify opportunities for intelligent automation within accounting processes to increase productivity and reduce manual efforts.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with the Group Financial Control and Reporting function to ensure accurate and timely intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting across all regions.
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring compliance, adhering to deadlines and rules, and leveraging data to visualize performance and drive ongoing enhancements.

Responsibilities And Objectives
  • Develop and implement global intercompany processes, focusing on both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accounting detail.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation to ensure accounting processes are correctly established and clearly understood across the organization.
  • Lead and manage project initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders: business controllers, supply chain, treasury, RCoEs and others.
  • Have close cooperation with Group Accounting.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on accounting intercompany activities and project progress by using relevant data.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, focusing on the accounting impact of transactions.
  • Provide training and support to the finance teams on accounting intercompany processes and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other relevant degree; professional certification is an advantage.
  • Experience from accounting to reporting process.
  • Experience from multinational companies.
  • Change Management: experience with regional and global projects from inception to completion.

Knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Understanding of global accounting processes, with a focus on intercompany transactions and compliance with international standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • F&A process understanding.
  • IFRS.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
