Nordic Hair Clinic söker en Medical Director som kommer att ha det övergripande ansvaret för regelefterlevnad, kvalitetssäkring och medicinsk strategi i en expansiv och innovativ organisation.

Som Medical Director blir du en nyckelperson i bolagets strategiska utveckling och expansion till nya marknader. Du säkerställer att klinikens behandlingar håller högsta medicinska standard, leder utvecklingsprojekt och ger stöd till kliniska team för att optimera både patientupplevelse och resultat.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden
  • Driva och implementera företagets medicinska strategi och expansion till nya marknader.
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av lokala och internationella regelverk inom vårdsektorn.
  • Hålla sig uppdaterad inom området samt marknadstrender

Kvalitet och regelefterlevnad

  • Utveckla och övervaka medicinska standarder för patientsäkerhet, behandlingsprotokoll och hygienrutiner.
  • Implementera och följa upp ledningssystem för kvalitet och regelefterlevnad.
  • Genomföra regelbundna medicinska granskningar och säkerställa korrekt journalföring.

Kundhantering och klinisk kvalitet

  • Säkerställa en professionell patientupplevelse genom hela behandlingsprocessen.
  • Konsultera kunder inför, under samt efter operation
  • Hantera kundsynpunkter och medicinska förfrågningar.

Personalledning och kompetensutveckling

  • Bistå koordinator vid rekrytering samt attutveckla och coacha medicinsk personal.
  • Säkerställa fortlöpande kompetensutveckling.
  • Regelbunden uppföljning av prestationer och arbetsmiljö.

Leda operationer:

  • Planera och leda operationer, utföra medicinska bedömningar, identifiera och hantera risker samt säkerställa effektiva arbetsflöden
  • Agera som beslutsfattare vid operationer och hantera operativa frågor eller komplikationer.

Innovation och utvecklingsprojekt

  • Samarbeta med produktägare och specialistläkare i forsknings- och utvecklingsinitiativ.
  • Optimera processer för förbättrad effektivitet, kundnöjdhet och medarbetartrivsel.
Vi söker dig som har

Svensk läkarlegitimation
Mycket god ledarskaps-, kommunikations- och organisationsförmåga.
Starkt driv samt affärsmässigt och lösningsorienterat synsätt.
Djup förståelse för regulatoriska krav inom vårdsektorn med erfarenhet av IVO och ledningssystem.

Erfarenhet av hårtransplantation eller annan estetisk medicin
Erfarenhet av att leda strategiska initiativ och expandera verksamhet.
