As Head of Medical Affairs for the Nordics, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing strategic and tactical leadership in your region. You'll collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to drive scientific discussions, support trial enrollment, and develop educational programs and training.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing scientific literature to inform company strategy and distill actionable medical insights.
  • Developing regional medical affairs goals and translating them into tactics for optimal scientific exchange.
  • Managing KOL relationships and supporting faculty development activities.
  • Supporting clinical research (ISS and SIS) by identifying investigators, managing protocols, and reviewing study data. Collaborating with regulatory affairs for submissions and product approvals.

This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong communication skills and an ability to travel regularly. You'll be part of a cross-functional local team in the Nordics and the global Medical Affairs team.
