Vi söker en affärsmässig och driven Controller till en tjänst inom Saab Surveillance. Du kommer att tillhöra ekonomiavdelningen och jobba närmast vår produktion med placering i Järfälla.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter i rollen:

  • Analysera och stötta produktionsaktiviteter för att mäta affärsmässig och finansiell måluppfyllelse.
  • Kontrollera produktionsplaner för att identifiera och rapportera potentiella risker och förbättringsområden gällande t.ex. kapitalbildning i lager.
  • Aktivt deltagande i produktions ledningsgrupp.
  • Vara produktionschefens högra hand i ekonomiska frågor och ha löpande kontakt med operativa verksamheten.
  • Regelbunden uppföljning och kontroll av tillverkningskostnader och kalkyldifferenser i stöttning av delprojektledare.
  • Framtagande och analys av kalkylmodeller för produktions- och tillverkningskostnader.
  • Stötta projektledare och Business Controllers med att förstå transaktioner från produktion och hur finansiella system hänger ihop.
  • Uppföljning av produktions- och materialomkostnader samt vid behov stötta med linjeekonomi och dess indirekta kostnader.
  • Framtagning av ekonomisk månadsrapport för produktion.
  • Sammanhållande och ledande i frågor berörande investeringsäskandet.
  • Specialisera sig i IFS, Agresso och andra IT verktyg som Saab använder.

Din profil:
  • Vi söker en utåtriktad person som är driftig och inte rädd för att ta tag i och ifrågasätta saker på egen hand, gärna med minst tre års erfarenhet inom controllerområdet.
  • Du är analytiskt lagd och drivs av att utreda och åtgärda eventuella förbättringsområden.
  • Du har en gedigen ekonomisk bakgrund (önskvärd högskoleekonom eller Civilekonom).
  • Du har produktions- och affärsförståelse samt förmåga att arbeta effektivt, t.ex. genom att prioritera och driva löpande förbättringar för effektivitet.
  • Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med IFS och Agresso (önskvärt men inte ett krav).
  • Du har mycket goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office-paketet och framförallt Excel.
  • Du är flytande i engelska och svenska i både tal och skrift.

Vi söker en entusiastisk och driftig individ med analytisk förmåga, som är villig att engagera sig i vår verksamhet och vill ha ett utmanande arbete. Du kommer att ingå i centralt ekonomiteam och placeras i Järfälla. I det dagliga arbetet kommer du även att arbeta i tätt samarbete med avdelningschefer, projektoch/eller business controllers samt projektledare.

Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
