QC-avdelningen består totalt av sex sektioner inom som omfattar ett 100-tal medarbetare. Som sektionschef leder du ett team bestående av en teamleader, laboratorieingenjörer samt utvecklingsingenjörer som tillsammans ansvarar för reguljär kvalitetskontroll av kromatografigeler från vår produktionsverksamhet.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden:

Rollen som sektionschef innebär ett omväxlande arbete där du har arbetsmiljö-, personal- och budgetansvar för din verksamhet. Du ingår i avdelningens ledningsgrupp, rapporterar till avdelningschefen för QC och leder arbetet inom din sektion och dess medarbetare framåt genom kontinuerliga förbättringar.

  • Säkerställa sektionens leverans av kvalitetskontrollerade produkter.
  • Övergripande ansvar för sektionens analyskvalitet och säkerställa att verksamheten bedrivs enligt gällande rutiner.
  • Driva och förbättra sektionens arbetssätt och rutiner.
  • Ansvara för mottagande av nya produkter och utveckling av befintliga analysmetoder inom sektionen.

De huvudsakliga kraven för tjänsten innefattar:

  • Högskoleutbildning inom relevant område (t.ex kemi, kemiteknik, bioteknik), alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
  • Flerårig erfarenhet av kvalitetskontrollarbete inom läkemedel- eller bioteknikindustri.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla team.
  • Du kommunicerar flytande på både svenska och engelska.

Det är även meriterande om du har:

  • Demonstrerad erfarenhet av att driva produktivitetshöjande förbättringsarbeten inom laboratorieverksamhet.
  • Goda kunskaper om ekonomisk uppföljning.
  • Goda kunskaper om Lean, Six Sigma eller liknande verksamhetsutvecklingsmodeller.

Det är av stor vikt att du är en säkerhets- och kvalitetsmedveten person som också har god förmåga att ta initiativ, driva parallella aktiviteter och utveckla effektiva team.
