Nu söker vi dig som vill arbeta hos oss som Junior IP Paralegal / IP Assistant / IP Coordinator med inriktning mot varumärkeshantering och med start så snart som möjligt.

Vi företräder flera av världens starkaste varumärken och bolag och har en fullfjädrad avdelning för administrativ hantering av stora varumärkesportföljer. Vi hjälper våra varumärkesklienter med allt från framtagande av strategier, förundersökningar, ansökningar och registreringar till upprätthållande i form av förnyelser samt hantering av bland annat invändningar och intrång.

På vår nischbyrå kommer du från start snabbt in i spännande uppdrag och får arbeta både i team och självständigt i högt tempo för att lösa stimulerande utmaningar tillsammans med några av Sveriges främsta jurister inom immaterialrätt.

Dina uppgifter kan bl. a. komma att inkludera följande:

  • registrering av ärenden, klienter och motparter
  • akt- och fristhantering samt löpande administration
  • korrespondens med ombud och myndigheter kring hantering av IP-rättigheter
  • rapportering till klienter kring registrering och förnyelser
  • fakturering

Tjänsten är en heltidsanställning under kontorstid, vilket innebär 37,5 tim/v.

Din profil

Du är klar med din gymnasieutbildning. Särskild utbildning till paralegal ses som meriterande. Du har helst ett eller ett par års erfarenhet från arbete som Paralegal / IP Coordinator / IP Assistant på advokatbyrå eller varumärkes-/patentbyrå med inriktning mot varumärkeshantering. Någon specifik erfarenhet, titel eller utbildning är dock inget krav (annat än vad som nämns ovan). Du har god datorvana och goda kunskaper i Office-paketet. Du behärskar både svenska och engelska väl, såväl i tal som i skrift. Erfarenhet av fakturering är en fördel.
