Our Work Environment
- You will have varied and responsible work in our team.
- You can work independently as well as in a team and in close cooperation with our lawyers.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling trademark and design matters both in Sweden and internationally.
- Administrative work in processes, invoicing, and ongoing administration in the department.
- Corresponding with Swedish and foreign customers as well as representatives and authorities.
- Preparing documents before they are delivered to agents and authorities.
- Communicating with external actors internationally.
- Registering documents, and monitoring them in our internal system Patricia.
- Report writing takes place in both Swedish and English.
What We Look For
- Candidate should be able to cooperate and communicate effectively.
- Candidate should be customer-oriented and value and nurture our customer relationships.
- Candidate should be humble, meticulous, good at prioritising, and like to have fun at work.
- Candidate should have at least a few years of work experience as a legal administrator.
- Candidate should be able to handle Swedish and English without hindrance.
- Candidate should have knowledge of another language.
- Prior experience with paralegal training or trademarks is meritorious.
- Prior experience with customer contacts and the ability to work against deadlines is desirable.
- Prior experience from running projects is also desired.
