Mölnlycke's Region North Commercial Business Control team is now looking for a an ambitious and customer focused Business Controller to join us. This position will report to Finance Director Region North & Benelux and be placed at the HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
In this position you participate in the development of the controlling function to support the commercial organization in meeting business objectives as a true business partner. You also make sure that financial processes and business is run in accordance with corporate rules, local legislations, and Mölnlycke Health Care standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act Finance Business partner to country and regional management providing insightful financial analysis, proactively identify trends and provide suggestions to maximize profitability.

• Secure accurate operational result through high quality monthly closings in cooperation with our GBS. Ensure adherence to internal controlling standards and other Mölnlycke policies and legal regulations

• Monitor and follow up of country and regional performance and drive corrective actions if necessary

• Lead and process the rolling financial forecasts in close cooperation with business partners

• Capture stakeholder demands to drive continuous improvements to business and financial processes

• Prepare and participate in the development of business cases together with marketing and local/regional management

• Support in annual financial audits and annual accounts.

What you'll need
Qualifications

  • Education with a relevant bachelor's and/or master's finance degree
  • At least 3 years of experience from different aspects of business control, preferably in an international environment.
  • Demonstrated professional proficiency in both English and Swedish.
  • Skills in Excel, SAP and PowerBI
