Mölnlycke's Region North Commercial Business Control team is seeking a driven and customer-centric Business Controller to join us. Reporting to the Finance Director for Region North & Benelux, this role is based at the HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Purpose of Position:
In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the controlling function to support the commercial organization as a true business partner. Ensure financial processes and operations comply with corporate standards, local laws, and Mölnlycke Health Care norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Finance Business partner to country and regional management, delivering insightful financial analysis and proactive recommendations for maximizing profitability.
  • Ensure accurate operational results through quality monthly closings in collaboration with our GBS. Uphold internal control standards, Mölnlycke policies, and legal regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate country and regional performance, taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead the development of rolling financial forecasts in close coordination with business partners.
  • Address stakeholder needs to drive continuous improvements in business and financial processes.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases with marketing and local/regional management.
  • Support in annual financial audits and accounts preparation.

Requirements:
Qualifications

  • Educational background with a relevant bachelor's and/or master's degree in finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in various areas of business control, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proficient in English and Swedish.
  • Skills in Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.
